Digital Delivery Policy
Soundhaven Lab libraries are delivered online. No physical media, headphones, recorder, or studio equipment is supplied with an order.
01. Delivery timing
Download access is created when the payment provider confirms success. The confirmation page displays the next step and a delivery message is sent to the payment email. Most links arrive within minutes; a pending transaction or manual risk review may take up to twenty-four hours.
02. Library format
Each listing states the resolution, approximate size, number of files, and included formats. Unless a listing says otherwise, masters are uncompressed WAV files supplied in one or more ZIP archives with a cue sheet, metadata notes, and the applicable license. Preview audio may be compressed and is not the delivered master.
03. Download preparation
Large libraries require a stable connection and sufficient local storage for both the archive and extracted files. Use a current archive utility and avoid opening samples directly inside the ZIP. Back up completed downloads before reorganizing or renaming the library.
04. Access limits
The purchaser can make reasonable repeat downloads for backup and use on personally controlled production systems. Links and source libraries may not be shared with collaborators as a standalone resource, posted to a sample exchange, used to train a commercial sound model, or resold. Collaborators should receive only audio rendered into the licensed project.
05. Compatibility
Standard WAV files work in most current audio and video applications, but supported sample rates, bit depths, channel layouts, and metadata fields vary. Confirm the technical details of your DAW, editor, game engine, or sampler before purchase. We cannot support obsolete software or proprietary import workflows not named in a listing.
06. Delivery problems
If access does not arrive, confirm payment completion and check spam folders. Retry an interrupted archive on a wired or stable connection. For a persistent CRC error, missing part, or invalid link, contact delivery@soundhavenlab.com with the order reference and archive name.
07. Replacement and correction
We will replace a corrupted archive or correct a library that materially differs from its description. Diagnostic details such as operating system, extraction utility, DAW version, and exact error text help us isolate the problem. Creative preference, mix compatibility, or a decision not to use the sounds is not a delivery fault.
08. Refunds and rights
Delivered audio is copyable, so completed downloads are normally final except where mandatory consumer law applies. If we cannot provide the purchased files in the advertised format after a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue, we will provide the legally required remedy. The production license begins when access is supplied.
