Terms of Service
These terms govern the Soundhaven Lab website, audio previews, downloadable libraries, metadata, documentation, and licenses.
Account and store conduct
Provide accurate order information, use the store lawfully, and do not probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent access and delivery controls. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase agreement.
Audio license
Copyright in source recordings and designed assets remains with Soundhaven Lab. A purchase grants only the rights specified in the included license. You may not resell, sublicense, upload, share, train a sound model on, or expose source files as a standalone library unless expressly authorised.
Project use
Where the standard license permits, sounds may be synchronised into completed film, game, broadcast, music, podcast, or interactive projects. Collaborators may receive rendered project media, but not a reusable copy of the source library.
Technical requirements
Listings state format, resolution, size, and any software assumptions. You are responsible for compatible storage, archive tools, playback or production software, and backups. Creative suitability for a particular mix is not guaranteed.
Orders and service
A purchase is accepted when payment is confirmed and access is issued. We may cancel and refund duplicate transactions, unavailable libraries, obvious pricing errors, or activity reasonably linked to fraud or redistribution.
Liability and law
Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct remedies for the purchased library and excludes indirect loss, lost production time, project delay, or third-party software failure.
