Refund and Returns Policy
Soundhaven Lab delivers copyable audio files rather than physical media. We cannot receive a digital library back, but we will correct verified file and delivery faults.
Before downloading
If an incorrect library was purchased and no download access has been used, contact us promptly. After confirming access status, we may cancel or exchange the order at our discretion.
After access
Once source audio has been supplied or downloaded with your consent, purchases are normally final except where mandatory consumer law grants a remedy.
Qualifying problems
Report an incomplete archive, persistent checksum or extraction error, missing advertised file group, or materially incorrect technical format within fourteen days. We will first restore access, replace the archive, or correct the files.
Creative and software differences
A sound not fitting a particular edit, normal mix variation, unsupported legacy software, insufficient storage, or failure to check the stated sample rate and channel format does not normally establish a product defect.
Refund route
When we cannot correct a verified material defect within a reasonable period, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, potentially including a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
Requesting support
Email support@soundhavenlab.com with the order reference, library and archive name, operating system, extraction tool, DAW or editor version, and exact error message.
