Orders and delivery

Audio-file support
Include the sample rate, bit depth, channel format, application version, and whether the issue occurs in another player. This helps distinguish a damaged file from an import setting.
License questions
Describe the intended project and distribution method without attaching confidential client material. We can explain the supplied license but cannot provide legal advice for a separate agreement.
